Delete your account and data
You can delete your Hade account at any time. After a deletion request there is a 14-day waiting period; if you sign in again during that time the request is cancelled, after that deletion is permanent.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Hade app and tap the Account tab at the bottom.
- Tap Delete my account at the bottom.
- Type SİL in the confirmation box and confirm. You will be signed out.
If you can't open the app
Email us with your registered phone number. We may call you on that number to confirm the request is yours; the deletion process then starts as it does in the app.

If you only joined the waitlist on our website, just send "delete my waitlist registration" to the same address.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number, email and profile photo
- Your saved places and emergency contacts
- Your notification permissions and device records
- If you are a driver, your application documents
What is kept
- Your ride records, with your name and number removed (anonymous)
- If a support or safety case is open, the related details until it is closed
