Decide with the facts
Each request shows the pickup distance, destination, cost share and the rider's rating; accept or decline within 20 seconds. Declining has no penalty.
No haggling
The app sets the cost share by distance; you and the rider see the same amount. The rider pays you in cash at the end of the ride.
Riders you can see
Riders are phone-verified, use their real name and a profile photo, and are rated. You know whom you're picking up.
Who can apply?
The requirements are the same for everyone; the app checks each step as you apply.
- Aged 21 or over
- B licence held for at least 2 years
- 4-door car no older than 15 years (at least 4 passenger seats)
- Valid compulsory traffic insurance
- If the car isn't yours, a signed permission letter from the owner

- 4 photos of your car: front, back, side, interior
- A selfie (taken in the app)
A police character certificate is optional for now. Only the Hade review team sees your documents.
From application to first ride
Step 1: Join the driver waitlist
Fill in the form in a minute. When the app opens, you're first to get the invite to apply.
Step 2: Apply in the app
Personal details, car and documents take about 10 minutes; stop halfway and pick up where you left off.
Step 3: Review and intro call
Our team checks every document and has a short intro call with you. With complete documents, we aim to reply within 48 hours.
Step 4: Go online, hit the road
Once approved, driver mode opens. When you go online, nearby requests come to you.

A verified community
Everyone uses their phone number, real name and a profile photo; once matched you see the rider's name and photo.
Every ride on record
Route, time and both parties of every ride are recorded; if something goes wrong, support is one tap away.
Report a suspicious request
If a request doesn't feel right, decline it or report it with one tap; our team reviews it.
Safety shield
During the ride, tap the shield on the map to alert Hade or call Police 155 or Emergency 112. When you report, our team reaches you right away.

Anyone aged 21 or over with a B licence held for at least 2 years, driving a 4-door car no older than 15 years with valid compulsory traffic insurance. If the car isn't yours, you need a signed permission letter from its owner.
How do I apply?
You apply in the app in about 10 minutes: personal details, car and documents (ID, licence, registration, insurance, 4 car photos, a selfie). Join the driver waitlist before launch and you'll be first to get the invite to apply.
How long does the review take?
If your documents are complete, we aim to get back to you within 48 hours. Our team checks every document; before approval we have a short introductory call. If something is missing, you only re-upload that document.
Who decides when I drive and whom I pick up?
You do. When you go online, nearby requests come to you; each one shows the pickup distance, destination, cost share and the rider's rating, and you accept or decline within 20 seconds. Declining has no penalty.
How do I receive the cost share?
The rider pays you in cash at the end of the ride and you confirm with "Cash received" in the app. If a rider doesn't pay, you report it in the app and our team looks into it.
Who sees my documents?
Only the Hade review team. Riders only see your first name and last initial, photo, rating, car and plate.
