Terms of Use

1.Scope

The Site presents Hade and, ahead of launch, lets riders and drivers join the waitlist and lets visitors send us a message. No rides are requested, no payments are taken and no transport service is provided through the Site.

2.Waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and non-binding; it does not oblige you to buy or use any service.
• The waitlist does not guarantee access order, a launch date or service in a particular city. The launch city and date are at Hade's discretion.
• You may register only for yourself and with accurate information. Registrations made on behalf of others or with unauthorised data are deleted.
• You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist.
• You can have your registration deleted at any time by writing to merhaba@hadecyprus.com.

3.Driver waitlist

Joining as a driver does not constitute an application or create an employment relationship. At launch, drivers go through identity, licence and vehicle registration verification; the verification requirements and the driver agreement will be published with the app. Which drivers are admitted to the platform is at Hade's discretion.

4.Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Submit registrations or messages in bulk with automated tools (bots, scripts) or attempt to bypass security measures (Turnstile, rate limits)
• Enter false, misleading or someone else's information
• Send content that could harm the Site, its infrastructure or other users
• Copy, reproduce or commercially use Site content without permission

In case of misuse we may delete your registration and restrict your access.

5.Intellectual property

The "Hade" name, logo, Site design, texts, images and software belong to Hade or are used under licence and may not be used without written permission. Sharing Hade content on platforms such as Instagram (reposts, stories) is welcome.

6.Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services such as Instagram and WhatsApp. Their providers are responsible for their content and privacy practices; their own terms apply when you use them.

7.Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that content is always current, or that launch will happen on a particular date. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hade is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site. This limitation does not affect liability for intent or gross negligence, nor rights that the law does not allow to be waived.

8.Privacy

How we process your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and cookies in the Cookie Policy. Both documents form part of these terms.

9.Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and applies from its publication date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current terms.

10.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. We first seek to resolve disputes via merhaba@hadecyprus.com; failing that, the courts of the TRNC have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence remain unaffected.
