Riding with Hade takes four steps. Type where you're going, see your cost share before you ride, know your driver and pay in cash at the end — anywhere in North Cyprus.

Step 1
Where to? Type it or pick it on the map.
Open the app to a map with nearby cars. Type your destination or mark it on the map; Home and Work are one tap away and your recent places are ready in the list.

Step 2
See your cost share before you ride.
The app works out the route and distance and shows the cost share before you request. The amount you see doesn't change on the way; no haggling, no surprises.

Step 3
Hade, call — and know your driver.
Your request goes to nearby drivers and you're matched with the first to accept. You see the driver's photo, name, rating, car and plate, and follow them live as they arrive.

Step 4
Pay cash, rate.
When you arrive, you pay the cost share to the driver in cash. Then both sides rate each other; a driver whose rating drops stops receiving requests and our team reviews it.

How is the cost share set?
On Hade the price comes from distance, not haggling. The app works out your route and suggests a fixed cost share; you and the driver see the same amount. You pay it to the driver in cash at the end of the ride.

Hade runs 24/7, everywhere in North Cyprus: campus to city centre, Nicosia to Kyrenia, Famagusta to Ercan Airport. A single ride can run from one end of the island to the other; pickup and drop-off must both be in North Cyprus.

What riders ask
See all questionsHow is the cost share calculated?
The app calculates a cost share based on distance; you see it before you request and it doesn't change on the way. No haggling. For example, a 4.6 km ride within Nicosia is 180 TL.
How do I pay?
You pay the cost share to the driver in cash at the end of the ride; exact change helps. The app never asks for card details. If a driver asks for a different amount, don't pay and tell us.
What if no driver is found?
Your request goes to nearby drivers first, then to a wider area. If nobody accepts, you pay nothing; try again or choose to be notified when a driver comes online nearby.
Does cancelling cost anything?
No. Cancelling is completely free for the first 2 minutes after a driver accepts. Later cancellations are recorded; if they happen often within 30 days your account may be restricted for a while.
Can I ride with friends?
Yes. Choose how many of you there are when you request (up to 4 riders); the driver sees it before accepting.
